The Battery Rosters are from 8th May 1945. This is the record of those who were with the 244th when the war ended. Those who were killed are also listed as they were still considered apart of the Battalion. There are no other complete Battery Rosters prior to these.
The Battery photos were taken at Camp Shelby in 1942 when the unit was created. Many of the names on the Rosters under the Battery photos are of men not shown in the photo. Again, this is because the photos were taken in 1942 and the roster is from 1945.
