Note:  The booklet above, on the  bottom right, the Army Air Corps insignia changed after the Peral Harbor attack. The red circle inside the white star, inside the blue circle was changed to white. The Army Air Corps was afraid the red circle looked too much like the Japanese insignia on its airplanes.
